Junzi Kitchen was started by three friends who met as students at Yale. Missing the rice- and noodle-based dishes of their hometowns in northern China, they decided to make their own: thus the first Junzi Kitchen was born in New Haven, CT.
Handcrafted in small batches, their iconic chili oil features Tianjin chili flakes, and cayenne peppers. Try it on eggs, in stir-fries, and over roasted meats!
