What are members of the program called?
Members of the program are called Insiders.
What are the points of the program called?
The points you earn are called PRM Points.
As an Insider, do I get a physical card or pass?
No, we do not have physical cards or passes. We offer a virtual pass via Apple or Google Wallet. You can add the pass from your Pearl River Mart account (online) or via the QR code from an in-store purchase.
What is the structure of the program?
The program is free to join. You will earn 50 points upon signing up. Earn points on every purchase. Points expire in 1 year.
You must earn a minimum of 100 points before 10 points can be redeemed for a $10 reward discount. These first 100 points will be redeemed in full even if your total purchase price is under $10.
The discount cannot be combined with other discounts, and it is not applicable for shipping or sales tax. All terms are subject to change.
Be sure to ask the cashier to scan your loyalty program pass every time you shop so you don't miss a single point! If you don’t have your pass, the cashier can look up the email address associated with your account and add the points that way.
I joined the Loyalty Program, but I don’t see my first 50 PRM Points. What’s going on?
After joining the Loyalty Program, members must “collect” their first 50 PRM Points by going to the loyalty page and clicking COLLECT at the bottom. You’ll be signed up for our weekly newsletters at the same time.
Where and how do I earn points?
Shop online with us at www.pearlriver.com or shop in-store at our Soho, Chelsea Market, and Pearl River Mart Foods locations. The Loyalty Program is not applicable at our Macy's Holiday Square pop-up. The more you shop, the more you save!
What if I don’t want to receive the weekly newsletters?
Receiving the weekly newsletter and other marketing emails is required of the Loyalty Program. You’ll also be the first to know about new products, specials, events, openings, and more!
