A shockingly delicious single-origin dark chocolate infused with the umami flavors of Momofuku's cult-favorite Chili Crunch.

Momofuku collaborated with Raaka Chocolate — a New York based chocolatier known for transparently traded, single-origin unroasted dark chocolate — to infuse the flavors of their spicy-crunchy chili oil in Raaka’s small batch chocolate.

They melded their fruit-forward dark chocolate with Mexican chilis and garlic to achieve the savory, spicy, and slightly sweet flavors Momofuku Goods Chili Crunch is known for. Then they filled it with crispy puffed quinoa to punch up the crunch, and topped it off with pink sea salt and sesame seeds for additional texture.

Bon Appetit called it "One of the best things I've eaten this year."
